Will Activated carbon absord salt?

will adctivated carbon in tank absord salt from the water? or only meds?

It will not remove salt. If it did people would not be able to use it in their saltwater setups. The only way to reduce the amount of salt is thru water changes.

There is no filtering method that will actually remove salt. The only thing that will truly do it is reverse osmosis.
