The only thing I see, is there's no way to dump the heat. The thing depends on the air/oil interchange to dump heat. The oil temp will keep going up.

Now if you ran the oil through a radiator on the outside of the tank and put a compressor on it... hmmm...
 
uuuh.. Mineral turps and electricity. I wouldn't want a spark happening with the pc - especially with the amount of leaking caps I've had on my mobos.
