how old are those Demsey? i have 5 - 1/2" juvis that im growing out hoping for a pair.

not exactly sure how old they are..

the two breeding jd's are about 2.5" long and the two smaller ones are about 1-1.5"

first since ive had them.. only had them for 2 and a bit weeks. Got them from big *** als.

Its been about 3 days now.. i figure they should hatch any time!! I cant catch the two other little buggers i have in my tank.. im just trying to do it for their own good. They are trapped in the top corners because the big guys wont let them move hah. :/

I guess ill see what happens to the fry when they hatch.. maybe 1 or 2 will make it if im lucky.. The parents are the biggest fish in the tank by about an inch, so maybe if THEY dont eat all the babies...

Any suggestions anyone has feel free to lemme know.. im a newb!

ps. they seem to be good parents SO far. the female is constantly hovering over the eggs ( about every 2-3 minutes apart tops ) And they havent let the other two JD's or the convict within the bottom half of the tank since they were laid hah. so maybe they are mature? enough not to eat the young.!
