I have seen several small (<1/8") transparent worms on the glass in my tank. They seem to have 2 small "tails or legs" and a round body/head. They seem to fold over, sort of like a leaf rolling up. Sorry, I don't have a camera. Anybody got a guess?

Sounds like a good description of a copepod. They are very common little scavengers that are an important part of your food chain.

That looks close, but it isn't a copepod, at least like any I've seen. It must be some sort of snail or worm. I just took another look and saw some other critters too. I just saw a snail (tiny, barely noticeable shell), and something else that I have seen from time to time that looks like a tiny jelly fish. It is bell shaped and resembles a snow flake. I have seen these swimming around before. They propel themselves just like jellys. Any thoughts?

The original creature in question is still a mystery. I have been searching databases, but I really don't have anything to go on.

That sounds like the medusa stage of a hydroid. Lives as a polyp, and reproduces by producing little medusae. Generally harmless, although large colonies can become pests. In breeding operations they can be a plague by eating larval fish.
