Would these be good tankmates?

I want to get two to three more fish for my tank. I have a 90 gallon tank with the following: 2 pictus catfish, 1 synodontis catifish, 1 dwarf gourami, 2 kissing gouramis, 2 blue gouramis, 2 neon gouramis, 4 mixed fruit tetras, 2 common plecos (my other pleco in the hospital tank will go back into the community tank once he is better.) Should I get more fish or keep it as is? I was thinking about Iridescent Sharks and a Red finned Shark. I have had Iridescents before and just loved them.

Once all these fish mature your tank is gonna be way overstocked. The kissing gouramis will get to around 12" each and will get pretty aggresive. The common pleco's (3 of them?) are huge poop factories that will get to 18"+. The mixed fruit tetras are fish that have been dyed that color and IMO should never be bought or sold.

I wold skip the iridescent shark they can get to about 40" and you would need a huge tank to keep them. The red finned shark only gets to around 6" you could get a couple if you got rid of those pleco's.

I've never mixed a bunch of different gourami's before, But I've heard it's not a good thing. Someone will be here soon with an aswer to that.

I do not know much about your entire selection that you have but I would get rid of the common plecos and go with something else such as a bristlenose pleco. The common plecos produce a ton of waste and will get to big for your tank.
