has anyone used this site?
i just ordered some eco complete last week, and suddenly there email does not work so i cannot get in contact.
my order was placed over a week ago and has still not shipped.

i hope they are just being slow..
 
I use them a lot, never had a problem. Actually, a week isn't that bad. There are some plant sites that don't ship until 2-3 weeks after you place your order, and they only ship Tuesday-Thursday. I ordered some plants from a site two weeks ago and they JUST sent me an email saying that the plants will be in this week and they would "probably" ship next week.

And post a message. Include your order number. Opiesilver is pretty good about responding to posts there.

i was just a little concerned because on their site it says they generally ship the items out within 2 days.

I'd be concerned as well. A week is a week. I'd have to go back over all my orders to be sure, but I think the only thing I had to wait for were my CO2 tanks, but those were being drop shipped.

Oh, wait, Eco Complete? Doesn't the web site say that stuff is being drop shipped from the manufacturer? Check the desc, I think it does. If so, then it's the manufacturer that's taking it's sweet time and not them.
