I was satisfied. I ordered a cleanup crew from them, plus a serpent star. Everything arrived quickly and alive, and is doing well. The Astrea snails were covered in coraline, which is starting to sprout in my tank now.
The only thing that bothered me is that I recieved several hermits that were not the species advertised, so I think a few of them have taken out some of my snails. Not a huge deal.
They are significantly cheaper than most other sites, and I would order from them again.

i would have to say petsolutions.com has a better deal on things. Quick with shipping and just great pleasant survice with them.
