I have a 20L going right now with an AC70 and a cascade 150 as well as a 392gph water pump in the tank for more flow I also have a in the tank fuge
nothing great as of yet, just a clear box with sand and some live rock and the 150 flowing into it.

Ok, now here go's..

I think I need to get rid of a fish or two, right now I have 2 small damsels
one blue and the other blue(top) and yellow(bottom) one algae blenny
one very small Green Chromis and a tomato clown med/size about 2"

also

2 frags (zoo) 1 good size frag of [SIZE=-1]Green Glove Polyp, about 5~6 snails
and one big hermit crab and about 10 lbs of live rock seading 10 lbs of dead
rock.

it get's better...lol

I was thinking about adding another zoo frag and a frag of xenia this week
and I want another tomato clown (I know I need to trade something out)
do you think i'm all right bio-load wise? I can also add a FBF that's sitting around if I need to.

what's your thoughts?

Just my opinion, for that tank I'd say your fully stocked with the 2 damsels and the blenny (depending on the species). Tomato clowns get pretty big (over 5 inches), IMO too big for a 20g.

in all honesty, i would agree with the above comment that your bio-load is maxed out as it stands, and i would concider reducing the live stock that you currently hold...

just my opinion, and in no way saying this is in a bad way....

I'd get rid of both of the damsels, if it were me. I hate those little buggers...they're mean, and they like to hide a lot...reminds me of my cat, except they aren't cute and fuzzy...

I'd also get rid of the damsels, and agree that your maxed out. As for adding more corals... go ahead, they add a very tiny amount of bio-load to the tank.

thanks, just so you know after I got the clown I thought of getting a bigger tank, I'm looking at a 37 gallon so I can use the same stand and light etc. and I was going to use the 20 as a sump/fuge But I'm moving in a few months so I don't want to do it until then. but for now, I know your right...The damsels will go. do you think I would be asking to much if I kept 3 fish total?

the clown, blenny, and one of the damsels?
