I don't think pigmy corys are availible around here, and besides, I think they are ugly.

How about this
6 long finned danios
4 black skirt tetras or barbs of some type
4 peppered coys
1 snail

But wouldnt the school of barbs get a little aggressive towards the danios?
 
I would skip the betta with the danios. They would probably be too active for the betta.

Cherry barbs stay small and they are very peaceful.
