...aquarium? Anyone else seem to get that from their significant other? I only have 3 (for now).:dance2:

I bought a new All-Glass 10G today. I couldn't pass up the deal! $9 for:
10G tank
PennPlax Cascade 80 Power Filter
Air Pump
Airline
PennPlax Heater
PennPlax Thermometer
Fish Food (not like I needed it)
Net (ugh....this make 3)

Could you have passed that up? I was out looking for an internal filter for my 7.5G bow front and wound up with this (and the internal filter). I put the Cascade 80 on the 7.5G. The Whisper 10i will be going into the 10G which will likely be a half and half setup. I'm still researching this though.

So I still need to pick a top and light setup. But that depends on what I end up doing with it.

MAN THIS IS TOO ADDICTIVE!!! It's not going to be fun to move all this at the end of this year.

No, not really. He tells me to buy them :)

The only thing he complains about is that the majority of the tanks are situated right above his office where he spends most of his time.

I guess the thought of 2500 pounds of water, rocks, Flourite and fish raining down on his head invites a little paranoia :D

They seem to pile up, then get filled up. I started out small, and now have 7 tanks running and five waiting.

More tanks and fish and accoutrements=happy life!!!!!

:dive2: :dive2: :dive2: :dive2: :dive2: :dive2: :dive2: :dive2: :dive2:

What? It's a simple equation.

I may need to go back to work to "support the habit" :rant2:

Yeah this is definately a habit. I can't wait to come up with a plan for the 10G. I have ideas, but I have to remember to pace myself. I get so excited about new projects that I end up impulse buying parts. Needless to say, I have spare parts.... :)

My wife is constantly complaining about all the tanks I have up and running. I’m at 6 right now and am planning on getting a 75-gallon for the family room soon. I think she complains more about the small tanks than the big ones. When I’m out looking at new, big tanks, I often ask if it comes with a good divorce lawyer.
:thud:

My fiance thinks that i am crazy. Just bought a 75. I have to finish the basement for this one. So i better get working. Have two upstairs. :D

It's true. A few days ago I saw a moray eel in the LFS. So, I was getting the Credit Card ready for buy a 75 gl. tank, with stand, hood and stuff, until I realized the price of a bag of marine salt!

The card went back to the wallet, and now I'm convinced to stay in FW tanks.

Also, it was just until I assambled my tank (in the signature) that I realised it can't be moved anywhere. The only weay to take it out f the house would be dissasembled. Or else, takingthe room window down and having 10-15 people around to take it out.
