yoyo loaches??

would yoyo loaches be ok in my 20gl? if so, how many would you recommend? see sig for current tenants.

Yoyo loaches should be kept in groups of five or more. IMO a 20 gallon aquarium is a little to small for a group of yoyos.

I would not add any loaches to your current tank. It would be best to wait untill you can start an aquarium that is setup around them.

Most loaches tend to need to be in larger tanks and in small groups as they like the company of their own and it also cuts down on territorial dispute. I have 3 yo yo loaches in a 4 foot tank. They are a blast to watch and boy, they cleaned up my snail problem in just a week. I am keeping a close eye on them as they can be aggressive towards other fish and I love my cories!
