I'd say there is one male and three females there. The one in the upper right in my opinion is deffinately a male, its much slimer than the other three.
Yeah but the 3 on the left have brouder heads and pectoral spines.Although the far lfet one could also be female.

Seriously , she is a champ when it comes to keeping and breeding fish but in this instance she is right - zebras are usually not too finnicky.
Water can be neutral to slightly hard but slightly soft is supposed to help with breeding.
Temp of 80 is OK but 85-86 will definitly increase metabolism and growth.
Watechanges once a week are fine but should be regulated by your stocking level, feeding and temperature. More feeding , higher temps -> more waterchanges.

They look fat and healthy - could be 3 females or wellfed males. I think when Barbie posted her pictures for sexing there were several with good odontoidal growth but in the end they were all female.
