Ok if I get Potassium Sulfate, Potassium Nitrate, Magnesium Sulfate,Potassium Chloride,Mono Potassium Phosphate, Plantex CSM+B is this all I need for ferts? Is Phosphate in KH2PO4 that Mono Potassium Phosphate? Then when mixing do you have to take in account that 3 of the chemicals have Potassium in them and split that dose between the 3? Am I understanding this correctly that the Platex CSM+B is micro nutrients and that Potassium Sulfate, Potassium Nitrate,Magnesium Sulfate,KH2O4, and Potassium Chloride are macro's? Think I may have a handle on this now. I read chuck's site and got the calculator. If I have this now please let me know or correct me if I'm wrong on anything and go back to reading again on anything I goofed on. Again thanks for any help and do appreicate your time to help me with this.

Potassium Nitrate
Potassium Sulfate
Potassium Phosphate

trace
Plantex CSM+B.

Magnesium

on potassium you dont split the dose in 3. you may not need to add K (Potassium Sulfate K2SO4) this explains why.

i havent added Magnesium Sulfate or iron yet. you can do with out and might be better off until you understand whats going on better.

You probably only need potassium nitrate (KNO3), mono potassium phosphate (KH2PO4), CSM+B for micros, and Barr's gH booster if you're ordering from Greg Watson.

KNO3 along with the little amount of K in KH2PO4 should provide enough K in most cases, so you don't need all the other sources of K. The gH booster also contains K so that should be enough.

Depending on your wattage, dose the macros (KNO3 and KH2PO4) 2-4 times a week, alternating days with the micros (CSM+B) also 2-4 times a week. When you do your water change, add the gH booster to bring your gH to the desired level.
