Well I seem to be having a problem with too much current and circulation in my tank I have a 1000gph pump on my 90 gal and am getting too much flow. Or it may just be how I set up the out lets in my tank. I put one in the Left corner and one in the Right. The one in the left points towards the overflow box so when I drop food in it goes straight into the filter in a matter of seconds. The outlet in the other corner it pointed to the front of the tank slightly.

How can Slow down the current?
Or Improve my Out let setup. Should I just have one?

you can see the outlets in the pic

You could use a spray bar on each to diffuse and spread the flow

I have pointed mine upward to the surface, at depth, it will create good surface turbidity. Too close the surface and you have a messy water fountain. If you put the powerhead in the back corner and point it upward toward the front of the tank you can create a circulating current around and accross the front of the tank.
