Best ratio for guppies?

I was thinking of getting 5 fancy tail guppies for my extra 5 gallon tank. What is the best ratio of male to female to get. Is 2 males and 3 females good. I know they are really peaceful fish but I doubt that 4 males and 1 female would make for a happy tank (at least not for the female).

you really should stick with 1 male, 2 females.....you'll have more before you know it......keep in mind, it's an awfully small tank.
