ive decided to turn my 46bowfront into a planted tank so my angels have a nice place to breed. So now im looking for a pleco, not just any pleco. I need a pleco that stays relatively small(4-5 inches), actually likes to eat algae, won't bother angel fry or my angles for that matter. As i am a cichlid guy i usually dont mess around with catfish too much, so now i need some opinions, what plecos would work with my setup.thanx in advance:)

I'd look at the ancistrus family--bristlenose plecos. They stay small, and while the males are very territotial against conspecifics (other plecos, mostly), they are hard workers and peaceful with a wide variety of fish. They will need a bit of supplementation with a good sinking wafer, appreciate some zucchini or other fresh veggie, and as adults will want a cave or wood for a hideout.
