I also have a large amount of soft corrals anenomes, mushroom stones, cleaner shrimps x 6 4 x brittle starfish
Everything is thriving the water is perfect recently I changed my lighting to halide's from T5's and my soft corrals dont seem to be coming out as much is it the change of lighting

Welcome to AC! Yes, it's most likely the change in lighting they will probably pout for a week or so . If they don't recover in a week move them under an overhang etc.
