Just about any Rams will do fine in that tank. The largest Rams are the Bolivians and they only get about 3 - 3 1/2" long. Rams do tend to stay close to the bottom, but all mine get along fine with the Cories.
I see nothing to worry about, just remember that Rams like a little bit of acidity, not sure about the other fish you listed.

thanx alot! i bought bolivians, many people say they are the hardiest or the rams, anyways he is doing fine, and he does like to stay on the bottom. he gets along great with the other fish though. hes alot of fun to watch, although he doesnt come up to the top to eat, so i have to push the flakes down, and feed him sinking pellets. i would definatley recommend them for a community tank. hes so neat :)
i have done some research on rams, and came across the Apistogramma cacatuoides "Triple Red". i searched on google for them, nothing specifically on the triple red, but the cacatuoides are calle the beginners dwarf cichild. anyone know anything about these? are the peacefull? tough to keep?
