I think I have figured this fertilizer thing out. Can someone please comment on my dosing schedule and amount? Is this good or should I change something?

55Gal. 160watts. pea gravel substrate. DIY CO2 (2-2liter bottles of 1tsp bakers yeast to 1 cup of sugar to 6 cups water). Temp 78F. pH=6.6, kH=2.5.

Kent Freshwater Plant Micronutrient supplement w/ iron: 10ml 3x/wk
Grants Stump Remover (KNO3): 1/2 tsp 3x/wk
Fleet Enema(KH2PO4): 3 drops 3x/wk
NoSalt (KCL): 3/4 tsp 1x/wk
Baking Soda to increase KH from 1.5 deg to 2.5 deg: 1/2 tsp 1x/wk

40% water change 1x/wk

Someone please tell me if I am doing this right?

Unless you have a lot of plants and they are using it, that's an awful lot of NO3. I have a 55, loaded with plants and test for NO3 before adding. I never have to add more than one time a week to stay at 10ppm/NO3.
One other thing. If you go to LFS and ask, they will probably give you a couple of cups full of crushed coral that they use in their salt water tanks. Most stores usually have some laying around. Put 1/2 tbsp. in a small nylon bag and put it into your filter. It will help raise your kH and you won't have to mess with it after that unless you want the kH higher(add another 1/4tbsp).
