Coral ID - Turbinaria peltata???

This coral was a hitchhiker on the LR, the LR is from australian waters so it has to be a australian coral. I was told it might be Turbinaria peltata??? Also if it is T. peltata is there anything special I should do for it (feeding etc) it has been doing well without any special care so far.

That is sure what it appears to be to me. Do you notice a mucus build up on occasion? That would be a sure sign.

Reported to do best off the bottom in a high flow area to keep it clear of debris.

Nice bonus piece!

Treat care requirements same as gonipora sp. as far as feeding goes. 1 daily feeding will be plenty. I like DT's Oyster Eggs.

It's in a high-up medium to high flow area so no debris gets a chance to settle.
I will give feeding a go.
