Hi fishlovers,
My 15 Gal is up for a month, the three neons are doing great,
I found this link and thought it might prevent ever having a white bloom in my water again. Is it worth it, or necessary? Or a water changes all I need? janetjam7

Water changes are all that you should ever need--the white bloom in the water will not be removed by an anti-algae chemical.

You might get a white bloom after changing filter media, but those ones go away with a couple of water changes or a couple of days.

(Algone is one of our sponsors, but I still am not a huge fan of using it for all of its alleged uses, if I were to use it for any of them...but I don't play the chemical-adding game.
