A few munutes ago my grampa swallowed a mouthfull of PMDD. What should we do?

I don't think there is anything all that super toxic at the levels your looking at in in most PMDD recipes. This stuff doesn't hurt the fish for instance. I don't think you need to be especially worried. You might have him drink a few glasses of water and give a call to your local poison help line, but I think everything should be ok. Potassium and epsom salts are both sometimes taken internally and I don't think you'll have much trouble with the nitrates at these low concentrations.
If your concerned call a poison hotline or an emergency room, check any labels on the ingredients for care, and keep in mind the concentrations, the amount consumed etc.
