Or whatever the in-the-gravel fertilizer sticks are called? I have mostly stem plants that get uprooted and replanted a lot, so I figure No. But I also have a crinum calimistratum, cardamine, isoetes, hairgrass, and glosso. I dose KNO3, PO4, KCl, Flourish and Flourish Iron. My substrate is maybe 40% Flourite. any need for fertilizer sticks anyhwere?

I wouldn't bother. I've used them in the past to trigger massive growth from Amazon swords and crypts, but you don't need them. I get good growth even without them. If you want to use some substrate ferts, get some Root Tabs with iron, or Tetra Initial Sticks.
My $.02 worth.....don't use them. Especially with plants that you're going to be pulling out and root pruning.
You have plenty of fertilization with what you're using. IMO, they are absolutely not necessary.
