I think they look fantastic. What are your thoughts on them?

I love them! I was thinking of getting one or two of them for my reef since my percs didn't make it. Don't know too much about them but I know they can be a little aggressive. Nice looking fish! Thinking of getting one?

pretty aggressive for their size had one attack and hurt a maroon clown 5 times its size, but others ive taken care of seem very territorial but seem to get along with everything but other clowns.

yea, i have generally read not to keep differnet clown species together. I want to get a pair of one species and though i like the nemo's, I kind of want something a little different and the pink skunk fits that bill.
clawlan- what do you think of the orange one?

that doesnt look that bad either though I am commenting on the pink because i saw one in person. I love how it looks like its soft like felt. But who knows. It will be a little while till I finally get the SW tank going so I have plenty of time to figure out what i want.

They are beautiful but the one that I took care of for a while would not swim around the tank unless he was trying to attack my percs or eating. It always hung around at the top of the tank in a corner. Most skunk clowns I have seen do this. They usually aren't found in the middle or bottom of the tank.

That's what my two percs do normally too. Guess it's a clown thing.

One of the LFS's I found out here last week has some really neat looking clowns. They had some False Percs with no stripes. They looked really need. They also had some other funny looking False Percs. If I didn't already have 2 I'd of bought of of them.

Nice! I like the Spine Cheek Clown a lot. I really like the maroons too but am nervous about purchasing one with their potential aggression.
darkcirca- I passed through your neck of the woods this past Sunday. :)

arent spine cheeked and maroons the same thing?
the other ones in you pics look like a clarkii and a weirdly colored true perc.
my favorite are the fire and blue lined clowns.
i had a pink skunk once and i got him cause i didn't want a ocellarus, and the pink have the extra stripe that the oranges don't. and they didn't have any other kinds of clowns.

hmm my clowns seem to enjoy the bottom corner but since the true perc died (got sucked down my overflow into the sump and never recovered) she seem to swim the whole tank a long with the tangs. I think she is on search and rescue mission. Are there any black and white percs. that are completetly B and W? withought the little orange in their face? Are they peaceful like regular perculas? or do they get a mean temperment?

whooo doggy those all black are expensive too, there was a pair at my LFS not too long ago and they were (i think) like a $100-120 for a pair.
