blooming aquatic plants?

aponegeton is a common one that is rather easy to care for and will project blooms out of the top of the water. you can find it most commonly in those little 'drop and grow' dry bulb packs at walmart and chain LFS.
Anubias will bloom underwater but don't have what many people would consider a stereotypical looking bloom. Some types of amazon swords will bloom above the water line.
I like the anubias blooms, but Im special.
Moneywort - Bacopa Monnieri also blooms above the water line, sometimes need more space than given.

if the runners for the sword gets above water it should bloom.
