Best way to start a culture of microworms

What is the best way to culture microworms without having a starter culture, just from scratch?? So far I've tried oatmeal with yeast to no avail. and white bread with a mixture of 5 grams of bakers yeast and 1/4 cup of water to so far no avail

Louis Pasteur demonstrated quite a while ago that Spontaneous Generation just doesn't happen.

Microworms come from microworms. You need a starter culture, perhaps from one of the live foods culture suppliers on the web.
