small pump for water changes

I am in the process of setting up a 65 gallon freshwater tank. My well water is very hard ((23 grains, thus requiring a softener) and nitrates can range from 11 to 22ppm. I plan on diluting my well water with RO water purchased at local grocery store (fill your on container for 25 cents a gallon). During water changes I would like to pump the water from 5 gallon containers to the tank. Total vertical height is about 5 feet. I'm looking for an inexpensive small submersible pump that would make water changing much easier (1 gal/min flow rate or less). Does anyone have any recommendations?

look in your local lowes or home depot at fountain pumps , small ones are real cheap and have adjustable flow rate .

ya you should be able to find something for under 40 dollars that pushes about 350-400 gallons per hour. that is what you are looking for.

I use the 2100plus to do my water change, and you can use them for water movement too... works great for me ^_^

Also fountain pumps tend to not be so quiet. What kind of filtering system do you have now? Are you already using some kind of pump that could be used to do the pumping for you? For example, an HOT? Do you have a sump that has a pump? Hmmm that sounds like a Dr. Seuss rhyme..if you sump had a pump could it jump, jump jump? If it jump, jump, jumped would it make ur heart thump, thump thump? Hehehehe...
