1. Is it adviseable/useful to start plants in a small - 10 gallon - aquarium and then move them to their final home?
2. Do potted plants do better in a tank or plants that are rooted in the substrate? It seems to me that potting them would make it easier to do maintenance but I don't know if it would interfere with current flow to the roots.
