convict in 125 liter tank

i have a spare 125 liter tank i was goin to keep it empty incase my gold severums had babies, but im thinkin of just keepin either the male or the female in the 42u.s. gallon tank, so this leaves the 125 liter free and i was hoping to get a male or female convict, idont want a pair because i dont want them to breed, so which would be best male or female pink or normal and is this sized tank okay.

Get a male black and that is more than enough space for a single convict.

Oh, goodness, that tank would be more than okay for a single male to grow to maturity...and have a little room left over for his feeders, if that's your thing.

I like the look of the wild-type convicts, so I'd go with them.
