Black Neon Tetra

I'm going to get some Black Neon Tetras for my 20gallon tank! How amny should I get and what would be some other good fish to go in it with the same type of colour? A black colour is what I meen!

i would get 3 tetras.

What other fish are in there? Is the tank cycled?

you need to give some more information about your setup especially whether or not it is cycled and if you have other fish currently in the aquarium..

having said that.. penguin tetras are one option as are black tetras but the black tetras fade with age and can be very nippy as they get older.

I would not cycle a tank with black neons.. but that doesn't mean others haven't done it successfully.

The tank is not set-up or even started cycling yet! So whatever you can tell me about the black neon tetras would be great! Also I have 4 black tetras in my other tank so I'm not going to get anymore of them.
