Its a Snail eat Snail world

Howdy,

Does anyone know if Malaysan Trumpet Snails will eat/attack Ramshorn snails? I had some Trumpet Snails and threw in a few ramshorns... I can only see a few and expected there to be more by now (2 weeks later)...

Any Idea's?

I want the Ramshorns because Ive been toold that the Trumpet Snails damage puffer teeth, That right?

I doubt that snails will attack one another, but they may occupy a different zone. I've found that the common pond snails stay on the glass and plants, but that the pointier shelled snails bury themselves in the gravel (hence avoiding puffer predation) and only come out at night. Try dropping a leaf of letuce in overnight, an checking the leaf before the lights come on.
