I want to get a tattoo involving aquariums thats more then just a random fish. Can anyone think of any ideas I can work into my design plan.

I've thought about getting two Bettas on my chest that would look like the old school traditional Sparrows

I think something like that but maybe with the fish turning would look awsome as a single fish tat but man... if you're thinking about going with a tank sorta tat I just don't know how you'd go about it. Where are ya gonna put it? how big you want it? colors or just black?

I don't want to have the tank itself drawn. But I want people who see the tattoo to be able to tell its representing a love of keeping aquariums instead of just a fish.

I do have a neon tank. I really want my goldfish in the tattoo and I don't want to mix tropical and cold water.

How about the tatto being the shape of a giant human eye... and inside a goldfish with some aquascapping... you can title it... Eye of gold, or Life through my eye, my view on life, haha I dunno, proabbly a stupid idea but figured Id float it out there,

Pick your favorite biotope and have key elements of it tattooed in... SA would be amazon swords around the small of your back, a pleco clinging to your side, guppies schooling across a pectoral muscle, and an arrowana wrapped around your arm like a mule bracelet... for example..

That sounds pretty cool. It would be awesome to have a whole fish biotope on your back or wherever.

hummm... tattoos are very personal, each one you get says something about yourself, who you are, and what you love and believe in. I think that you should think this over long and hard. I think that you should come up with your own idea, then talk to your artist and see what suggestions they have to enhance things.
I know your looking for some ideas, but it will hit you.. one night when your sleeping or whatever, who knows, but when it hits you, you will love it!
and also.. just curious... are you wanting fw or sw??

Yeah, thats my thoughts too. I just need help getting my creative thoughts rolling. fw. Im a goldfish fan.
