Transporting Oscars

Hi, I'm moving from Ca to Az..about a 8 hour drive. What is the best way to transport my fish? I want to take them but are unsure of the best method. Thanks!!

i live in san francisco. i always go down to LA area to visit my grandparents and me and my brother always seem to buy some sort of fish in LA and we just put them in a bucket and they are fine. you could also put them in a cooler with some tank water in it and on the way jsut be sure to stir up the water every now and then.

Rubbermaid container. Just add enough water to cover the fish.

do what fish farmers do and put some clove oil in it it makes them sleepy but im not sure on the exact amount so dont do it until you get the right one ok(too much will kill them)

put them in a cheap o tank with a taped down lit and secure it in a good area thats what i suggest;)
