Paper Mache for DIY rock setup

Instead of styrofoam, do you think you could model your landscape in paper mache before coating with cement? Gives you a bit more freedom to 'sculpt' and would actually end up being cleaner to do.

i am sure if you soak it in water to get it all out it would be fine.

Good idea.

Clay and firing it requires the opportunity to use a kiln. I personally don't have just sitting around. :)
