Cycling-add new fish when?

Awesome website!

I've been cycling my 10g tank with five guppies for four days now. I intend to add a pair of dwarf gouramis, blue rams and agassiz's dwarf cichlids. When would it be safe to introduce the gouramis? Would this scenario be too crowded? I definitely want blue rams, but won't get them until the tank is well-established. Is anyone familiar with the Agassiz's Dwarf Cichlid? :)

you are cycled when you are reading nitrate with zero ammonia or nitrite. As far as that stocking you listed, yes that would be over-stocked IMO. I don't know too much about the agassiz's dwarves.

Your new tank is four days old. You have some time. Why not get a good book about keeping tropical fish?
