Pike Cichlids- what size tank, ect

what size tank do you need to keep about 3 pike cichlids? i almost bought one like 3 years ago when i didnt know anything at all, but luckily the shop owner advised me not too. but now im sort of interested in them. what can you put with pike cichlids? i have read they eat everything that will fit in its mouth. is this true?

Pikes is just too general to answer. There are some that only get 5" and others that grow to 36" or more. Even the smallest need at the least a 20 long if they are a compatable pair. You usually can't keep very many pikes in a 55 either as they will claim the entire tank as their own. And yes they will eat OR kill almost any fish they wish. i was not goin to put them in a fifty five. the ones that are common hear are orange with a black stripe goin through the middle of them.
