I've got a 75 gallon tank with these fish
-10" black ghost knife
-8" spotted pike characin
-4" spotted pim cat
-3" red tailed shark
-3" pleco
-5" leporinus

My problem is, I got a leporinus about 4 months ago. I bought it and it was about 2" it grew so fast. now it's about 5" long and it's picking on all my other fish. Anybody have a solution to this problem. I thought about getting more fish to calm it down or just getting rid of the leporinus.

You might want to consider getting rid of it if it is already a problem. I don't think another fish or anything like that will make it behave. If anything, provide more hiding places.

I think you need to consider getting a much larger aquarium.

You have some fish that get very big in that tank, and adding any more fish, or leaving them all in a 75 will result in problems in the future.
