Hello there, anyone knows of a plant that tinfoil barbs won't snack on? Thanks in advance :huh:

*Maybe* they won't shred Java moss or Java fern
(I wouldn't spend a whole lotta $ trying it as Tinfoils are dyslexic, seeing the words "Planted Aquarium" as "Salad Bar").

When I use to have an extra FW tank (it is now SW) I bought a school of TF-barbs. They ate ALL the plants. Java sword, anubius, java moss, everything. They were like underwater goats!! I didn't mind, I was going for a plantless tank anyway--but they sure helped!!

Try onion bulbs and bolbitis. Both bitter!

Ok thanks. They really are monstrous plant eaters. I tried putting water lettuce once and it was gone in less than an hour. :D
