Cichlasoma Nics Fry!!!!!

HEY everyone i just got hired at a pets supply plus takin good care of the fish but at home my pair of nics finally had their fry but then i seen the male eaten them so i took him out and left the female in there but then she ate them so what should i do next time they have fry?!
any help would be appreciated just to give me an idea of what to do.

That is not unusual for first time cichlid parents. Infact it may happen a few more times before they start to protect and raise the brood.

I would leave it and let nature take it's course. Eventually they will start to protect on stop eating their broods.

You just have to be patient with them. :D They are new at this and probably aren't too sure what they are suppose to do. :confused:

aight thanks ill take the male out of my 65 gallon and put him back in his 25 gallon breeding tank. the parents that i got these fish from wer from a 20 gallon and they were huge too having babys like crazy so i hope these guys will do the same.
