go away, i dont get it i have 20g tank "cycling" for about three weeks now my amonia is at 0 but the nitrites are like 2.0-3.0 or so , i have been changing the water 25 % every other day, but i still havent had this so called bacterial bloom where the tank just turns milky white, and my nitrites still steadily read the same , although the other night the tank was somewhat cloudly it quickly clears, i'm fustrated the parameters seem like they'll never be ok for the fish

Three weeks is too soon for frustration. Sounds like you're in the last lap. Try adding only enough ammonia to register on the test kit each morning, and increase it gently, as long as it's all metabolized in 24 hours.
