10 gallon co2 gas off?

in my 10 gallon using hagen co2 system (up to 20 gallons) would I have a problem keeping co2 lvls high if I'm using a whisper 20 power filter? I would try to reduce surface agitation but because I'm using half the size tank it can produce co2 for, would it be enough?

The Hagen system will work fine on a 10 g with a whisper filter, I'm using one on a 10 G and a 20 G, both with whisper filters. Keep the water levels high to minimize the turbulance, and you might have to turn down the flow or something also. I never bothered but I've got the Whisper 2 on a 20 gallon.
