I'm apt to believe it's an albino pseudotropheus socolofi, due to head structure, mouth shape, and torpedo shaped body (zebra characteristics of those same physical attributes are typically different).
Are those Saulosi or Socolofi in your profile picture? I've had what looks to be the same fish, bought years ago, but I don't remember what species. Females are like yellow labs and males are like in your picture (demasoni coloring, but sized & shaped more like the albino in this thread). I do remember the fish store had them as 1 species, just don't remember which.
And I just timed some tank moves to let the 1 momma release her fry in my old Q tank, so there should be some survivors. Already spotted two tiny fry, and her mouth is still full too!
