Little white spiral thigys on glass ?

What are these things baby snails ? They are very small and stuck all over my glass maybe 50 60 of them they seem to be hard and stuck to the glass pretty good what are they and what to do if thy are bad ?
 
Those are called spironold worms. You can knock them off if they bother you that much but they are geat filter feeders. They will lessen as your tank matures. I would leave them alone if I were you.
