Custom Aquarium

Im considering building an Aquarium System.

From reading some of the posts I think Id like to build one using Acrylic.

Any suggestions other than the posts in this forum?

After searching through the DIY posts here, Ive decided to build a 75 gallon acrylic tank with internal overflow, and use a sump. The way I figure it, if I can build the tank I should be able to build the sump too. As far as biological filtration, I think Id like to use a Fluidized Bed filter. Does the FBF need to go in the sump or should it just be on the outside?
