i need to know where to start looking for an id

i need an id for a juvenile cichlid. they're in a "mixed africans" tank at the store.

it's a light colored fish right now, dark vertical bands. (sort of like a "multi") the fins are all red/orange and there is also some red coloring along the bottom chin to tail.

anyone have any suggestions as to where i should start looking for an id?

How long is the fish? At a juvenile stage, it could be many things, though the color from chin to caudal suggests maybe a peacock or one of the protomelas. Otherwise try www.fishbase.org/ They have everything.
