Does anyone here thats built a tank from Acrylic think it would be hard to use Acrylic to build a tank that a human could occupy?

Im thinking about building a sensory deprivation tank.
 
if you are going to deprive your senses you probably dont need clear acrylic. a more solid, soundproof, cheaper alternative is probably out there.

that reminds me- altered states was in the bargain bin at walmart.
 
Well I was planning on using Black Acrylic not clear...

I think Ive found a good DIY site for float tanks.
 
Tell me when your coming to visit, Ill have a tank all ready to put you in.
