Well, I redid my tank and here is some pics of it. I used the eco-complete for the substrate and I'm really happy so far with it.
I also made the conopy, wich I'm not happy with. Plan to get a real one:D and add the lights. I have 3 96 watts and a 15 watt blue for night. I added 2 12 volt computer fans that are really quiet and they really help keep the lights cool. You can feel a defanite diffrence between the side that has the fans and the side that doesn't.

Note: the "side view" shows the truest colors of the sbstrate and plants. I think n the other pics, I might of accedentily used a flash or something. still learning!

How big is the tank? 3 x96w is a lot of light. Looks good though. I like the blue light thing you got going.

65 GAL. 36X18X24. I went with the extra light becouse my tank is 24" deep, so I need more in order to get to the bottom.

Looks good so far. You need something for the foreground though. Even some rocks would look nice, but some glosso would be even better :) Can't wait to see it when it fills in.

Hi Punch,

Your tank looks great. I love that corner wall that you build into the substrate. What did you use for that? Tell me you didn't glue all of those stones together.

Looks good. I like different ground levels in tanks.

You inspired me Punch. I built a little stone wall level in one of my flower beds in the yard today. I was tearing everything out of it any way.

Thanks everyone! And yes I did build that snone wall. I got pcs. of shale and broke them down to the size I wanted and glued them all together. Glosso is planned for the fore ground but when I ordered my plants they were out, so I have to wait awhile.
