I currently have a banana plant in the aquarium, but I am looking to add a few more. My list includes
Dwarf Lily
Red Wentii Crypt
Ludwiga Repen
Java Moss
Will 3.5 to 4 wpg do for these plants?
Also will the java moss grow across the substrate or kind of stick to the drift wood and rock it is on?
You have plenty of wattage for those plants. You may have to add CO2 depending on the size of the tank.
Java moss may stay where it is. To make sure you can tie it on the driftwood and rock with some cotton thread.

I am planning on using the Nutrafin plant system to add co2. I will also add some fertilizer. I was also wondering should I use the included container or add a second one for my tank size which is 30 gallons?
I've never used this product but it looks like a well designed little system. I would be inclined to use it as is and see how it goes. Could be all you need with a relatively small tank.

A single nutrafin CO2 system isn't really big enough for a 30g tank. Under optimal conditions (with respect to surface agitation & CO2 production), a single 2L DIY (or Nutrafin - if it's even that large) CO2 system would be adequate, or helpful for 10-15g tank. Any larger and it gets pretty pointless pretty quickly. For comparison - I'm using 2x2Gallon DIY jugs for my 46g tank, and that's barely adequate with minimal surface agitation and very good dissolving of CO2 into the water.

I'm not really a DIY person. However, Can I add maybe an extra bottle to the unit somehow and maybe that will help the output?

Would possibly buying two of these systems remedy this problem? If water movement is counter productive when dosing CO2. Then how do I should I go about minimizing this. I run a filstar 1xp using the spray bar for the return and I have a UGF that uses an air pump and stones. I could probably switch the UGF so that it uses a powerhead instead. Would that be a better way to setup it up when dosing co2?
