Ahhh nothing like coming home to a big box of goodies to play with. I think my 3 fish in the 55gal will really like the extra filtration and water movement now that I've supplemented the fluval 304 with an aquaclear 300 with 2 sponges and some biomax media and an aquaclear 402 powerhead with a sponge prefilter (going to build an undergravel jet system this weekend to keep wastes suspended for easy filter suckage).

And I can't believe how quick and easy it is to do a waterchange with the python! I have pretty good water pressure, so it takes no time at all to drain/fill 15gals!

New goodies are always fun! I have a new 55g with a Fluval 304 sitting here waiting for me to finish building the tank stand. Just need to cut, route, stain, finish, and attach the trim and doors :)

Still trying to make a final decision on what will go into the tank. I am thinking a solitary albino tiger oscar...

I have to help a friend clean up his garage so I can use his power tools to build a couple stands... I want to get a 40gal breeder (36x18x15) or a 50 (36x16x20) and a 75gal later in the fall. I already have made some plans on building the 75gal stand, but I'm not sure how I want to have the 3' stand done. I'll probably go with some 1/4" maple or pine board as the outside finish... 1 sheet (4x8') should be enough for both stands.
