hello all,
So I just wanted to share with everyone my current experiment in my pond. I being the cheap guy i am, joined 3 liners underneath where the stream enters my first pond. I used some good liner joining tape - sadly to no avail, i could not get the three liners to spot leaking. I tried more liner tape, silicone I could not find the problem. So then I had my new genius - spray on truck liner. Its waterproof, fully cures in 2 days and sprays and seals. This stuff comes in a spray paint type bottle and covers beautifully. I sealed up where all liners meet, let is cure for 2 days, then applied another coat another 2 days later I wahsed of all of the liner and refilled the pond. I am now running the pond at full bore with no leaks! I am running carbon to pick up any thing I can as far as lingering chemicals things. So far no ill effects from any plants. In a couple days I am going to try to add a fish! hopefully this will work!
